Scofflaw Jerk Cab Driver for Thursday

I'm taking this week off work to do work around the house. Since I was productive yesterday, I did an evening bike ride. As usual, the trolley lane was blocked by an illegally stopped cab.



The cab driver exults in his selfish, hog-like behavior.
